We are a community-based organization located in Jackson, Wisconsin, serving adults with disabilities. We provide person-centered supports with a focus on community connections.
Our Vision
We believe that people with disabilities have much to contribute and that we are all better together. We work to build a world in which all people have valued and important roles in their communities.
Our Services
Our Place Day Services provides support to our members to learn the skills needed to build strong friendships, to become engaged citizens, and to contribute as workers and volunteers.
